I'm using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX (through buy.com --- at a good discount) to edit this website.

Philosophy

I have redone the site by using style sheets to provide the style of the website and reducing most of the style markups in the html files. I have also tried to keep things simple so that these files can be viewed by any browser, including text browsers like lynx. Most of the time I preview it in Mozilla, sometimes in Opera and IE.
